We strive to assure that you will receive our products exactly as pictured but also hope that you'll allow for the handmade nature to show slight variations in color or texture. We take great care in our craftsmanship and in packaging each cover and we recognize that damage can happen upon shipment. Please inspect your products and notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you notice any damages and we will process an exchange.
Pillows are displayed on our website using our 20' covers and a 22" insert. To create the best look, we highly recommend using an insert that is 2" larger than the cover but keep in mind that inserts do vary by manufacturer.
At this time, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges for a similar product of equal or greater value if contacted within 7 days of receiving your order and we ask that pillow covers be in original condition, unused and undamaged. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
